## August 2026 Curated Public Framework Release

This release establishes a cleaned public repository for the Productive Value–Productive Power (PV-PP) framework.

The release was assembled from a substantially larger working research tree.

Material was reviewed for authority, supersession, duplication, publication status, and relevance to the public framework.

The objective was not to mirror the internal project directory.

The objective was to expose a coherent public framework while preserving clear ownership, authority, and status boundaries.

## Included Framework Areas

### 10 Core Framework

19 active public framework documents.

This category contains the principal Layer 1 and Layer 2 framework architecture together with selected supporting specifications.

### 15 Operators

14 active public documents.

This category contains current operator-owner specifications together with selected operator-supporting specifications.

### 20 Stack and Layer Governance

9 public documents.

This category contains governance, ownership, stack, guide, invariant, diagram, and layer/interface material used to interpret the framework and its authority structure.

### 30 Applications and Extensions

5 deliberately selected Layer 3 and Layer 4 documents.

Provisional-canonical and exploratory status remains explicit where applicable.

Inclusion in this release does not independently promote such material to canonical authority.

### 40 Runtime and Execution Formalization

4 public runtime-boundary documents.

The public set is deliberately limited to architecture needed to understand the transition from framework governance toward bounded runtime action admission.

Internal prototypes, implementation code, validation materials, clinical demonstrations, replay material, and internal-use-only sidecar artifacts are excluded.

### 50 Scalar Reduction Proof Program

The Scalar Reduction Proof Program is maintained as a separate public project.

Its proof files are not duplicated in this repository.

Category 50 contains a README linking to the separately maintained authoritative proof repository and project site.

### 60 Benchmarks and Simulations

The working benchmark and simulation laboratory is not published wholesale.

Category 60 instead indexes three benchmark projects that have been deliberately promoted to standalone public repositories:

- PV-PP Agent Decision Layer Demo
- Grenade Self-Sacrifice Benchmark
- AI Gridworld Safe Benchmark

The dedicated benchmark repositories remain authoritative for their respective materials.

## Deliberately Excluded

This release does not publish:

- archives and superseded revisions;
- duplicate compendium copies where current owner files are available;
- review-for-future-integration material;
- internal-use-only runtime and sidecar implementation artifacts;
- code, prototype, and validation work from the internal runtime laboratory;
- the broader developmental benchmark and simulation tree;
- Category 70 exploratory and future-promotion research;
- unpublished or submitted Category 80 research papers;
- books and larger manuscript projects;
- intellectual-property working material;
- custom GPT material;
- forum and Substack working directories;
- marketing material;
- project-management infrastructure;
- daily work folders; or
- other private or developmental research workstreams.

These exclusions are deliberate and should not be interpreted as an inventory of the full PV-PP research program.

## Authority-Hygiene Corrections During Release Assembly

The public set incorporates targeted authority and documentation-hygiene corrections made during release assembly.

These included:

- removal or withholding of duplicate and superseded ownership surfaces;
- correction of stale document-version metadata;
- reconciliation of current operator-owner version references;
- reconciliation of the structured perceived decision-state interface;
- correction of stale operator-stack summaries;
- preservation of explicit provisional-canonical and exploratory boundaries;
- separation of public architecture from implementation-internal runtime material; and
- replacement of duplicated specialized-project content with references to dedicated authoritative repositories.

These corrections were deliberately narrow.

The public-release process was not used as an excuse to redesign the framework.

## Specialized Public Projects

Major specialized workstreams may maintain their own public repositories.

The main PV-PP framework repository acts as the top-level public framework and research-program map rather than duplicating those repositories.

This approach preserves a single authoritative public source for each specialized project and reduces the risk of version divergence.

## Release Principle

**Public does not mean canonical.**

Document status, ownership, and declared authority remain controlling.

See `AUTHORITY_AND_STATUS.md` for the repository authority rules.
